About DeviceShortlist

DeviceShortlist is an independent product-research publication covering laptops, peripherals, storage, audio products, and related consumer technology.

Articles use the organizational byline DeviceShortlist Editorial Team.

The editorial standard for new and materially updated pages is research-based analysis. Pages should compare exact product identifiers, manufacturer documentation, manuals, specifications, compatibility information, and clearly attributed sources. A page should be described as hands-on only when it documents the tester, method, date, and evidence.

The editorial policy requires checks for product identity, evidence quality, source freshness, links, imagery, affiliate disclosures, and unsupported claims. Important missing or conflicting information should cause a page to be held, corrected, consolidated, redirected, or removed rather than guessed.

See the Editorial Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and Corrections Policy. Feedback and correction reports can be submitted through the contact page.
